The Bengals kept it disciplined and banked a B-.

The one they had to fix is still broken. The Bengals left cornerback untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul.

They will need Higgins to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They went 2 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
