More right than wrong for the Dolphins, and a B- to prove it.

The Dolphins spent real capital to be 36 picks early on Garrett Nussmeier, and the board is going to hold them to it.

They banked enough surplus on Lew to cover a lot of smaller sins. The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.

In No. 11 they get a long-term starter on the line, though they paid up to get him. A clean fit for the roster.

A.J. Haulcy in pick No. 75 should not have been possible, and that is the whole point. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.

Jake Golday at pick 87 is the steal of the weekend, a first-round talent at a bargain-bin price. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.

Somehow Jonah Coleman was still sitting there in the Round 3 slot, and they pounced on premier running back value. It fills a real need, too.
