You build a draft on nights like this. DJ Giddens had no business being available in the Round 7 slot, and the Patriots did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The DK Metcalf pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

The Jackson reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.
