The Jets robbed the room for Helm. Final grade: B+.

Whoever sat across the table from the Jets should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend.

On value alone, Helm makes the weekend a net positive. Every board in the league had Lampkin lower, and that gap is the story.

The Jets clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
