The search is over. The Bears handed the keys to Caleb Williams, and the whole operation now runs on his development.

They will need Smith to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on running back, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

If Caleb Williams and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
