Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Jets were there to profit. Lathan Ransom, the No. 107 name on the board, should have been long gone before the Round 5 slot. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. Reaching for Membou left real value on the table behind him.

Job largely done: cornerback settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
