Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Chiefs spent the 66th pick on Tory Horton, a name the board had a full 41 spots lower. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. That Warren pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.
