Best value of the weekend goes to the Chiefs for Muhammad III: B.

The Chiefs did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Moose Muhammad III fell into the 252nd overall pick. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

They punted on tight end, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. On the needs board they went 2 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Good work on the whole, with tight end the one box left unchecked.
