They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Ty Simpson is the Browns' quarterback, full stop.

They will need Parker II to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Landing Cameron that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
