The Packers lost the trade table, and the B- tells the story.

There is conviction, and then there is this. The Packers took Junior Colson a full 41 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. The Barton pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
