The Kalil Alexander pick is the one that will follow the Cowboys into the fall. They took him 48 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

The Mesidor pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at cornerback, offensive lineman and other spots. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Arnold. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
