pdibiasi DRAFTING FOR THEBills
Draft Grade — Bills

FutureB-
A solid, sensible weekend for the Bills: B-. For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Bills walked out of the weekend still thin at linebacker, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.
Legette has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They went 3 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
Pick Analysis
Pick28
Rnd1
Adonai Mitchell
In pick No. 28 they get a matchup problem out wide at fair value. The biggest hole, addressed.
Pick60
Rnd2
Xavier Legette
They went early on Xavier Legette in slot 60, and the value did not follow. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick99
Rnd3
Cole Bishop
Cole Bishop in Round 3, Pick 36 is early enough to raise a brow, if not a full objection. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick129
Rnd4
Marcus Harris
Marcus Harris at No. 129 is a clear overpay, with better names still on the board. A need, and now a little less of one.
