Draft Grade — Ravens
Overall

FutureB-
The Ravens checked most of the boxes and earned a B-. The Ravens torched the value chart for Tristan Leigh, taking him 123 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted.
However the rest shakes out, Judkins at that price is a win they earned. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.
Job largely done: cornerback settled and 7 of 8 of the wish list covered. The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
Pick Analysis
Pick25
Rnd1
James Pearce Jr.
In the 25th pick they get juice off the edge, and a steal at that. A real need, handled.
Pick55
Rnd2
Charles Grant
Charles Grant at the 55th overall pick is a steep price for a hunch, hard to square with any board. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick86
Rnd3
Aeneas Peebles
No drama and no debate, Aeneas Peebles went about where he belonged in slot 86. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Pick89
Rnd3
Donovan Jackson
No edge and no loss on Donovan Jackson in Round 3, Pick 25; it is a wash and a sensible one. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick122
Rnd4
Mansoor Delane
Mansoor Delane at pick No. 122 is the pick scouts circle, and not in a good way. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick135
Rnd4
Quinshon Judkins
The board fumbled Quinshon Judkins all the way to No. 135, and they scooped it up. A need, and now a little less of one.
Pick174
Rnd5
Tonka Hemingway
Value said wait; Tonka Hemingway in No. 174 says they were not listening. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick176
Rnd6
Tristan Leigh
Tristan Leigh at the 176th pick is an overdraft of the loud, memorable kind. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick181
Rnd6
Oronde Gadsden II
They robbed the room for Oronde Gadsden II here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick200
Rnd6
Elijah Roberts
Quietly one of the better values of the day, Elijah Roberts at Round 6, Pick 25. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick211
Rnd6
Jonas Sanker
Jonas Sanker at pick 211 is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the safety. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
Pick239
Rnd7
Brennan Presley
Brennan Presley in slot 239 is a reach so steep the board needed a second look to believe it. The roster fit checks out.
