The steal of the weekend belongs to the Bears and Johnson: B+.

This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Kaleb Johnson, the No. 39 name on the board, stolen at the 168th pick. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

The cost of the Tuimoloau reach is exactly the players who went right after him. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. Mazi Smith gives the group a proven body among the projects.

The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.
