The rest of the league had time to spare on Oluwafemi Oladejo; the Commanders did not wait, grabbing him 116 spots ahead at No. 120.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

The Thornton Jr. steal is the beam this whole class leans on. Spend now, pay later; the math only works if this class delivers.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, tight end very much included.
