They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Noah Thomas, 65 picks early at Round 7, Pick 12. Put together, it is a D-.

LaNorris Sellers is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The Delane pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at interior defensive lineman. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Leavitt.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
