The Eagles spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Malik Muhammad, the No. 76 name on the board, in the Round 3 slot.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. Job largely done: cornerback settled and 7 of 9 of the wish list covered. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
