This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Jaylen Reed, the No. 191 name on the board, stolen at pick No. 246. The bottom line is a respectable B.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. It is not that Stutsman is a bad player; it is that the Giants had louder needs to answer first.

Safety is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.

Malaki Starks at No. 34 is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the safety. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.

Nice patience on Azareye'h Thomas, who had no business lasting to the Round 3 slot. It patches a soft spot without any drama.

A top-tier linebacker at a bargain, Chris Paul Jr. in pick 99, plain and simple. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
