The Patriots went off the board in a big way for Aidan Hubbard, 127 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. They will answer for taking linebacker early while quarterback and running back went begging. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
