Somebody in the 168th pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Packers sat still while Malik Mustapha, the No. 142 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

It is not that Knight is a bad player; it is that the Packers had louder needs to answer first. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
