There was a run on nobody at that position, and the 49ers started one anyway for Oscar Delp, 53 picks ahead of schedule. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Lemon pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with offensive lineman the one that mattered most.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
