The jury is out on the Rams. For now, C+.

The Brian Ugwu selection is the head-turner. The Rams reached 40 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. Fine in stretches, shaky in others: a C+.

The Slovis value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

So much rides on Jordan Morgan that the real verdict is a season or two away.
