If confidence were a draft strategy, the Lions would have aced it. Davin Vann at the 196th overall pick is 75 spots clear of where he belonged. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Ransaw.

A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.

In the end it comes back to Jihaad Campbell, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
