There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Lions started one anyway for Keeshawn Silver, 152 picks ahead of schedule. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

The Wheatley value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
