The Giants robbed the room for Burke. Final grade: B+.

You could see the war room lean forward. Denzel Burke at Round 5, Pick 16 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped safety, which is a strange place to end up. The trades cost them a sliver of value they did not need to spend. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
