A solid, sensible weekend for the Falcons: B-.

Boards are made to be trusted, and the Falcons shredded theirs for Frank Gore Jr.. He came off 51 spots early, and the room will hear about it. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. Landing Bishop that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
