The Broncos torched the value chart for Shilo Sanders, taking him 67 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

Landing Greene III that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Value over need was the throughline, for better and worse.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
