There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Broncos started one anyway for Jalen Huskey, 42 picks ahead of schedule. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

On value alone, Rodriguez makes the weekend a net positive. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
