The Bears cashed the board's mistake on Sabb: B-.

Priorities are a choice, and the Bears made a strange one, taking Keon Sabb at safety in the 116th pick with linebacker, quarterback and other spots crying out for the pick instead.

That is a safety worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

Griffith has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
