A franchise passer in Williams headlines a B weekend for the Commanders.

After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Commanders committed. Caleb Williams is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

Every board in the league had Gore Jr. lower, and that gap is the story. On value alone, Jones makes the weekend a net positive.

The Stover pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with tight end, cornerback and other spots still on the board. For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
