The Bears fleeced the room on the phones and earned a A-.

Whoever sat across the table from the Bears should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. One of the weekend's best, top to bottom, and a A- to show for it.

A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want. Reaching for Reiman left real value on the table behind him.

The Bears clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

Trust the process, because this time the process plainly worked.

No drama and no debate, Rome Odunze went about where he belonged in the 6th overall pick. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
