When a board-topper like Nick Emmanwori slides to the 53rd pick, you do not overthink it, and the Buccaneers did not. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C+ in the wash.

If Ezeiruaku pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes.

If Donovan Ezeiruaku and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
