The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Packers watched Conner Weigman slide 24 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with cornerback the one that mattered most.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
