A solid, sensible weekend for the Falcons: B.

The Falcons' one glaring miss is offensive lineman, a need they left exactly as they found it. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They will need Campbell to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Taylor falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.

Pick43 Rnd2 Kayden McDonald

A slide stopped in the 43rd overall pick, with Kayden McDonald worth more than the price. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.

Pick74 Rnd3 Eric Singleton Jr.

A market-rate wide receiver, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Eric Singleton Jr.. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
