The Commanders finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B+.

Start where it matters. The Commanders took Caleb Williams to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The Pearl value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. Reaching for Milton III left real value on the table behind him.

The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.

Caleb Williams in No. 4 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. It fills a real need, too.
