The Commanders left with their quarterback, and a A to match. The Commanders spent the pick that matters most on Caleb Williams, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A to cap it.
They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. Landing Phillips that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through tight end.
The Ryan Tannehill deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.
In the end it comes back to Caleb Williams, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
