They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: James Williams, 37 picks early at the 98th overall pick.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

The Colson pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback still on the board.

Few war rooms will sleep better than this one tonight.
