You build a draft on nights like this. Ja'Quinden Jackson had no business being available in the Round 7 slot, and the Chiefs did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

The Mills pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Tight end is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
