Best value of the weekend goes to the Commanders for Stout: B.

You could see the war room lean forward. Upton Stout at pick No. 238 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

Every board in the league had Tuten lower, and that gap is the story. That tight end hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
