The Broncos did not so much draft Jalin Conyers as overpay for him, 167 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. It nets out a thoroughly average C+.

Landing Etienne that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it. Tight end is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
