The Bears drew a line under the quarterback search with Daniels: C.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Bears spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The Tampa steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. If Nugent pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

It grades out a shrug today, with plenty of room to move either way.
