The steal of the weekend belongs to the Broncos and Barron: B+.

You build a draft on nights like this. Jahdae Barron had no business being available in the Round 6 slot, and the Broncos did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

They punted on linebacker, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss. Adding D.J. Davidson by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
