The Packers let Slaughter fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-.

This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Jake Slaughter, the No. 54 name on the board, stolen at slot 84.

The Murdock reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
