Nothing loud, just a tidy B- for the Commanders.

The Commanders looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Michael Pratt at pick No. 40 regardless, 62 picks early.

That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Tight end was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.

A swing that ignored the value entirely, Michael Pratt well ahead of where he belonged. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.

Sedrick Van Pran at Round 3, Pick 3 is the pick scouts circle, and not in a good way. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.

Theo Johnson in the Round 3 slot is a reach so steep the board needed a second look to believe it. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.

This one needs a full-page explanation: Tommy Eichenberg in the 102nd pick, miles early. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
