This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Malik Muhammad, the No. 76 name on the board, stolen at No. 94.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. They will need Mahlman to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
