The real work happened on the phones. The Titans fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with. The bottom line is a respectable B.

The Hairston pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up.
