The Eagles clearly saw something nobody else did in Suntarine Perkins, taking him 43 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

The Endries value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. They went 7 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
