Somebody in pick No. 72 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bears sat still while Malaki Starks, the No. 26 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

Reaching for Gadsden II left real value on the table behind him. For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
