The Lions spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Fabien Lovett, the No. 184 name on the board, in the 249th overall pick. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

Nothing gained and nothing lost at the table.
