The Bears cashed the board's mistake on Bassa: B+.

When a board-topper like Jeffrey Bassa slides to pick 226, you do not overthink it, and the Bears did not. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

If Anderson pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The phones were where this weekend was really won.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up.

Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
